Adventure Awaits.
ETHAN SHANG
Hey y'all! I'm currently working as a PM at Microsoft. I graduated cum laude from UC Berkeley in December 2020 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a minor in Data Science. In my time at Berkeley, I'm most proud of being the Head Undergraduate Student Instructor for CS 186: Database Systems from Spring 2020 to Fall 2020 where I led a staff of 19 TAs to teach 650+ students! I also was a Regents' and Chancellor's Scholar, an Accel Scholar, and a member of Eta Kappa Nu, the EECS honor society.
I was a Software Engineer Intern at Microsoft in Summer 2019 and a Program Manager Intern in Summer 2020! I've also interned at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory for three summers from 2016 to 2018.
Outside of school and work, I love to scale alpine mountains, volunteer for local soccer leagues, and passionately debate about food! Feel free to contact me!
